Deeper and darker groin fold with ilio-psoas abscess

Abstract
Ilio-psoas abscess is unusual clinical entity and is either primary or secondary. Tense collection on either side of the inguinal ligament makes the appearance of the ligament as tight noose over the lump which is associated with deeper and darker inguinal crease on rare instances.

Key words: Inguinal region, Psoas abscess, Lump, Diffuse ilio-psoas abscess
